- Returns: Afifa Surgical will accept returns for most products within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Customized or special order items may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the product.
- Refunds: Afifa Surgical will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping charges, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
